Welcome
Welcome to the River Club Homeowners Association.
Our purpose is to help connect the RCHA Board and the residents of the River Club subdivision. The board is obligated to maintain the covenants within the framework of the by-laws and disseminate information to the property owners. This website will provide these opportunities in a timely and economical way.
River Club is a peaceful enclave surrounded by natural beauty and an outstanding location. Our homes line the Fazio designed golf course and the Savannah River; both provide a unique setting and views. Varied outdoor recreation is available with golf, boating and water sports, and the nearby Greenway for hiking and biking. Cultural entertainment, employment, and medical services are available just across the bridge in downtown Augusta. The ongoing development of Hammond's Ferry will increase recreational and entertainment venues with its future town square, parks and riverfront pavilion. Our location, along with these amenities, sets us apart from typical subdivision.
The RCHA Board is dedicated to maintaining the standards and quality of life our unique area offers. Enforcement of the covenants is our standard to achieve these goals. It is necessary for residents to abide by the covenants. Also, by maintaining landscaping and home exteriors, River Club will continue to be a beautiful and highly valued area for all our residents.
Our website will post news on the 15th of each month unless otherwise indicated. Log on for news and information. If your neighbor does not have computer access, share your news with them.
